Originally wanted to bring them to Chicago, but weather.com said T-storms for the whole weekend. So saturday was spent at amish village, together with raju and his mum and the suaku indos who haven't gone there yet.
they dress plainly and dont use high tech stuff. if only our society was like that too, then i wldn't have to waste money on new clothes, handphones and mp3 players. dont even need to buy car, just have a horse cart.
mummy made a new friend. cos raju's mum wasn't feeling well, mummy gave her her medicated oil.. heh heh, so cute.
amish noodles and sweet potato fries
they loved the antique shop. guess what's on the right?
outside the antique shop
how many engineers does it take to read a map?
it's spring!
when I took the photo on the left, this random bloke walked by and went 'Wet Paint!', scaring my poor parents. haha, that explains their wide grins..
she was fascinated by the pussy willows..
and that's a working retro coke machine! damn tempted to buy from there =)
dinner was at hunan east again. haha, they're reading their fortune from the fortune cookies..
