After last year's 10km run in December, I totally nua-ed and gained back my 2-4kg. So for pb's health, and my ability to fit into my clothes, we signed up for this year's run. Did I mention that it's also lots of fun? Here are my training results.. This is what pigging out and not running for half a year does to you. Very crappy timings! I totally can't keep up with my colleagues! Doesn't help that I had ankle problems for a while and recently chest pain while jogging.
However I'm heartened to see that there are visible improvements over a couple of months! Slight and gradual, but improvements nonetheless.. from 38:34 in late June to 35:09 today. Though today's jog was concluded with a Blk85 bakchormee-cwings-sugarcane session.. (actually most jogs are concluded with food), I am still happy happy.
Watch out for Race IDs 24425 and 43457! hah!
